Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before, during, and after your Maestro experience is answered honestly.

Never. At Maestro, what you see in your quote is exactly what you pay,no surprises at checkout. Before we begin, you'll receive a clear itemised breakdown. If we spot any additional issues during detailing, we'll contact you first. No extra work proceeds without your approval.

A standard car wash removes surface dirt, Maestro restores and protects. Our detailing decontaminates paint, corrects micro-scratches, conditions interiors, and applies protective coatings that a drive-through wash simply cannot achieve. It also preserves your vehicle's resale value over time.

Basic, exterior wash, wheel cleaning, interior vacuum. Standard, adds clay-bar decontamination, interior wipe-down, glass polishing, tyre dressing. Premium, full paint correction, ceramic sealant, leather conditioning, engine bay cleaning, odour treatment. Call us for a free recommendation based on your car and budget.

Given Bangalore's dust, traffic, and monsoon conditions, a full detail every 2–3 months keeps your car in excellent shape. With a ceramic coating applied, an annual maintenance detail is usually sufficient. We'll suggest a personalised schedule at your first booking.

A Standard detail looks great for 4–6 weeks with normal use. Our ceramic sealant (Premium) provides 6–12 months of hydrophobic protection. Our professional-grade ceramic coating bonds permanently to paint and lasts 3–5 years with proper maintenance.

Yes. Our detailers follow a thorough checklist for every interior service, air vents, door jambs, seat tracks, boot lining, dashboard crevices, and under all seats. You'll receive the completed checklist at handover to verify everything was done.

This is a valid concern with low-quality services, not with Maestro. All technicians are trained in machine polishing and use dual-action polishers calibrated for your paint type. We perform a paint thickness check before any correction work. Our process eliminates swirl marks — it doesn't create them.

Every Maestro job follows standardised step-by-step procedures regardless of which technician handles your vehicle. A senior reviewer inspects the car before handover and we photograph your vehicle before and after each session.

Typical durations: Basic — 1.5 to 2 hours. Standard — 3 to 4 hours. Premium — 5 to 7 hours. Paint correction may take longer. You'll get a precise estimate at booking and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

We operate Monday to Sunday, 10 AM – 8 PM. Weekend slots fill quickly ,we recommend booking at least 2–3 days ahead. For urgent requests, call us directly; we often accommodate last-minute bookings based on daily availability.
